I think it was a major drug operation aimed at a Dominican group in the center of Petionville. Two or three major car accidents unrelated to the lock-down created more traffic problems in the area.
As I am informed, the raid was aimed at some Dominicans and, as an embassy reported, “some of the Arab community involved with markets..” Does they mean Arabs involved with the local super markets, I do not know.
We may never know since cash talks and Martelly with Mayard Paul and my namesake have big ears.
