The Petit Goave jail is not a large one so the “disappearance” of 9 killers is suspect.

This would be like sitting around a dining room table with 12 people and having 9 of them disappear, without a trace. Something obviously wrong here!

The prisoners have been “disappeared” so they can murder and create chaos on behalf of their sponsors.

If sponsorship is not obvious now, the trail of bodies will be revealing!!!
