SITUATION IN HAITI DETERIORATING… PEOPLE MURDERED, SOME BURNED TO DEATH AND PROPERTY DESTROYED, BUSINESSES PILLAGED

We are sliding back to the events common during the Aristide presidencies. People are being killed and burned. Property is being attacked, people robbed… On Rue Rigaud, in Petion-Ville many businesses were attacked. Windows were smashed, doors broken down  and property stolen.

George Satti’s place had all of its air-conditioners stolen, along with merchandise.

A judge was murdered.

Some see this as an Aristide sponsored effort to destabilize the Martelly government.

Time will tell.

  1. Much money is being expended by the Lavalas people as they hope for returning to power. Many more will suffer as the selfish ones forget their country for some power and money.
