COLLINS
Reginald Delva is another candidate for the Croix des Bouquets prison – but we are not optimistic.
This guy has stolen more than $500,000 from Interior Ministry funds, during his oversight.
Part of this went to buy a house for his wife in Florida.
When his mistress, in Haiti, heard about this she threw a jealous fit and forced Delva’s purchase of an expensive Petion-Ville home.
Two houses worth a total of over $500,000 for a cabinet minister!! Even in Haiti that is pushing things.
As an ex-military person I heard that Delval had been given the honor of attending our Westpoint College. My associates suggest that he was expelled for cheating on his exams. To add insult to injury, contacts in the American embassy, in Haiti, suggest Delva was hired by the embassy, and then fired for dishonest conduct.
Reginald Delva is a low-life who should never have been appointed to an important position, with access and control of Haitian funds.
Time to take an action against him, in Haiti and within the American legal system, to account for the money he illegally removed from government accounts. Some of this was transported across International Borders, and State Lines making this an American Federal offence.
Some interested Haitian citizen should look into the details, of this case, and file a class action lawsuit against Delva, and file a report with the F.B.I.
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!!

Also the money for our CICC office which investigates drug crimes.

I know Delva from the embassy period. He is a charming bluffer who will tell you what you want to hear when what you want to hear is the truth. He was completely useless to the embassy.
Like Murphy’s Law say – The large pieces in a cesspool float to the top.
That is where they found Reginald Delva, which doesn’t say much for those who picked him and then supported him, in spite on indication that revealed the truth – several years ago..

The American government should cancel the visas of all members of the government who have stolen funds. They should be able to trace the address of the bank through which the house funds were transferred. The house should be taken back and sold for the benefit of the Haitian people.
Thank you Haitian-Truth for update on this article with regards to the location of the house in the photograph.
