Oct 15, 2016,
Under the guise of Humanitarian Assistance, the Dominican Republic has flooded Haiti with some 8,000 Dominican soldiers.

700 of these arrived in full battledress, carrying assault rifles. The Dominican Foreign Affairs Minister moved to reassure Haitians that this was not an occupation.

  1. Privert has Dominican Residence.
He works for the Dominican Intelligence Services as does Max Bellerive.
He has promised a Lavalas Governement.
With DR assist he will block Jovenel in the balloting.
    Celestin or Narcisse will victor.
    The will cooperate with Dominicans.
Convoy of food and materiel a low price purchase of a nation.

  2. Truly a Trojan Horse.
Be invited in and then hold control.
Dominican soldiers have just disarmed a PNH team along with MINUSTAH troops.
    Big trouble in front.
OAS Charter prohibits but no one listens.

  3. When convoy entered Haiti and troops took control of old Marine Base Admiral Killick, and SONAPI – setting up “diplomatic zones” on Haitian terrirory, violating UNITED NATION CHARTER, and OAS CHARTER – Dominican Foreign Affais Minister said it was not an Invasion/Occupation.

They simply staffed the entire emergency convoy with military members, some in uniform, some out of uniform – ALL ARMED>

5,000 or 8,000 military DR types inside Haiti now, depending on who counts noses.

The outgun the PNH and MINUSTAH combined.

Yesterday, after some sort of confrontation, Dominican troops disarmed a team of PNH officers and MINUSTAH troops. Why don’t we hear screams from the OAS, UN, and a variety of other groups?

Foreign armed troops, on Haitian soil, is a direct violation of Haiti’s Constitution.

Of course, the Haitian Senate and Chamber of Deputies has a price, and it is not too high.

More social conscience from a Petionville Streetwalker!!!!

  4. At the request of the Haitian government, the Dominican Republic recently sent a massive convoy of 500 trucks to Haiti, which contain food, water, clothes, construction materials, etc. The presence of the Dominican soldiers are to protect the convoy and to prevent the looting of the trucks, something that happened to United Nations trucks on Saturday: https://www.yahoo.com/news/looting-near-u-n-haiti-ban-promises-more-020021802.html?ref=gs

Now, Haitian Senators seems to be under the illusions that the massive humanitarian aid will be placed on their hands, so they can turn around and sell it to the poor at prohibitive prices. The Senators in question should know that they are in no position to dictate how the Dominican humanitarian assistance will be distributed, and that they will not be allowed to enrich themselves at the expense of such assistance. If Haitian senators insist that Dominican soldiers should leave Haiti in a period of 24 hours, then the Dominican government should honor that request by ordering the convoy to return to their side of the border, and by ordering the distribution of the humanitarian assistance among Dominican poor.

    Good point.
The Senate and Chamber of Deputies is people with criminals.

However, the Dominican soldiers started to disarm PNH officers and MINUSTAH soldiers for no apparent reason. Now, I agree that some of these MINUSTAH are just farmers, and shouldn’t have assault rifles, but the Dominican thing is something more than simple protection of material.
