In a strange situation, Privert has requested the release of something like $3,000,000 American Dollars for supposedly helping with flooding in the north.
In fact, the money will probably disappear into Privert’s war chest, while the people do without.
In any event, Wilson Lalue was effectively fired by Privert, when Evans Paul was removed from office.
Because of this, all transactions were frozen, by Privert, in an effort to embarrass those depending upon agreements made with the Martelly team.
Cheques are sitting there, signed, but cannot be dispersed. This has created a lot of hardship in many sectors.
And now, Privert wants Laleau to release funds.
Is Laleau a private citizen now?
Perhaps Privert has painted himself into a corner since the new PM he has selected does not have a discharge for his crime-filled period as Governor of the Central Bank.
Privert may well have frozen his government’s finances until a new PM is named, along with a cabinet. If the new PM is not accepted – more time will be wasted.
Does this reflect a part of THE PLAN or is it just an indication of Privert’s stupidity.
I bet on stupidity.

Haiti – Politic : Flood, 150 million gourdes for victims
Following the torrential rains that have battered last week in Haiti http://www.icihaiti.com/en/news-16749-icihaiti-flash-provisional-assessment-of-floods.html particularly in the northern region, the General Secretariat of the Presidency in a letter, asked the Minister of Economy and Finance, Wilson Laleau, to unblock 150 million gourdes in favor of the flood victims.
“[…] The Secretariat General of the Presidency presents its compliments and ask you to pass the instructions to the services concerned of your Ministry to transfer an amount of one hundred fifty 0/100 gourdes (Gdes 150,000,000.00) to the Departmental Directorate North of Finance.
This amount will be used in emergency operations funding for the victims of the recent floods in the North Department […]”
