We have a very dangerous situation in place.

The international community has effectively turned control of all funding to President Rene Preval, a man who has – on a continuous basis – proved he should not b trusted with a penny. After all, he has stolen  $198,000,000 from the Panamanian accounts of Petro Caraibe, funds dedicated  to the rebuilding of Gonaives, and other areas, after the 2008 hurricane disaster.

Hurricane victims remain in the same condition they experienced during the hurricanes.

Then there are smaller peccadilloes, such as the recent scam in which his daughter’s boyfriend,  Jude Celestin,  in partnership with Frantz Gabriel, cleared $36,000,000 for the Preval cartel through the purchase of $2.00/unite supplies with a billing charge of $20.00/unite.  This deal was made a few days after the January 12 quake.

Now, in partnership with Bill Clinton, and his puppet pedophile Prime Minister Bellerive, Preval has final say on billions in relief funds.

Let there be no mistake, there have already been millions go down the drain as sweetheart deals are made with Preval and his friends.

Brazil and Chile originally gave Preval the presidency in 2006 when they juggled the results, raising Preval’s 23% of the vote to 51% to avoid a run-off.  They, along with the UN Secretary General, continue their blind support of the criminal Preval as they keep their eyes on the true reality of this game. $20,000,000,000.00. The sad reality if the fortune seekers are really uninterested as to whether or not any of the complex projects actually help Haiti’s 9,000,000.

“Keep it simple, stupid…grab the money and screw the peasants…”

Brazilians are getting a lion’s share in return for their support of Preval. While Haitians seem qualified to operate trucks and clear the rubble of their homes…Brazilians are swarming into Haiti to skim cash for this service.

Haiti is operating under a State of Emergency/State of Siege which might seem acceptable unless one realizes the tru motivation. In such a condition,  in a peaceful Haiti. Public gatherings are banned….demonstrations are outlawed and political dissent effectively muzzled.

However, this does not stop Preval from sending his wife, and ex-mistress of almost every businessman in Haiti (with net worth in excess of $10,000,000 no credit – no cheques)  to travel the countryside, handing out relief supplies .. He has blocked the flow to create a shortfall. Then his wife rides to the poor peoples’ rescue .

Elisabeth Delatour Preval is now considering taking the presidency and will use the distribution of relief supplies as a tool..

Preval will make his move to dump Haiti’s 1987 Constitution, in the immediate future, and the fat will be in the fire.

Haitians are already upset about Preval’s    non-handling of the disaster.

They are upset at the thought of his destroying their Constitution, supported by a landslide vote in 1987.

Should they wish to demonstrate their disapproval, in a Constitutional manner will the  illegally appointed Preval use the unconstitutional State of Emergency and  MINUSTAH to break the Nation’s will?

There is serious talk about mounting a massive public demonstration against Preval in the immediate future.
