A MAN ARRESTED AS A SUSPECT IN THE ASSASSINATION OF BNC DIRECTOR TOUSSAINT WAS BEATEN TO DEATH AT THE PETIONVILLE POLICE STATION. AN ATTEMPT WAS MADE TO BLAME THE COMMISSIONER OF GOVERNMENT BUT HE WAS QUICK TO DEMAND AN AUTOPSY AND INVESTIGATION AS TO WHAT ACTUALLY HAPPENED. THE FINGER SEEMS TO POINT AT THE UNIT’S CHIEF LECROIX, A PREVAL MAN

MANY BELIEVE THAT THE BNC DIRECTOR WAS KILLED IN AN EFFORT THAT HAD TWO GOALS. THE FIRST WAS TO GET RID OF SOMEONE WHO COULD TESTIFY TO THE CRIMINAL ACTIONS OF RENE PREVAL, IN THE CRIMINAL BREAK UP OF SOCABANK. HE COULD ALSO FINGER MANY PROMINENT MEMBERS OF THE BANKING COMMUNITY WHO PARTICIPATED IN THIS CRIME.

THE SECOND GOAL WAS TO NEUTRALIZE FRANCK CINE. THE DEATH OF THE SUSPECT WILL ACT AS A MESSAGE TO CINE.

CINE WILL PROBABLY FIND IT DIFFICULT TO RETAIN LEGAL COUNSEL AS HE IS PRESENTLY BEING SUED BY A BAG OF PROMINENT HAITIAN LAWYERS WHO ARE TRYING TO COLLECT THEIR FEES FROM THE ORIGINAL SOCABANK FIASCO.

PEOPLE ARE BETTING THAT FRANCK CINE WILL NOT SURVIVE THIS GAME.
