Preval intends to leave office without installing Martelly as President. Enough is enough!!

International community should arrest Preval for past crimes which include  MURDER, KIDNAP, TORTURE, THEFT OF A FEW HUNDRED MILLION DOLLARS, AND COCAINE CRIMES.

Preval deserves no mercy- no impunity, nor do his close associates.

Preval controls Haiti’s gangs, Parliment, and has stolen hundreds of millions of dollars. He effectively still controls Haiti and the International Community stands frozen like a rabbit trapped in  hunter’s spotlight.
