You were right to suggest we invest some time in supervising what ONGs do, and don’t do in Haiti.

One major ONG has just completed a SIDA/AIDS survey that covered over 6,000 people with only 75 testing positive. A massive difference from the eighties when we would have discovered 25% or more.

That was the time of the 4 H’S: HOMOSEXUALS, HEMOPHILIACS, HEROIN USERS AND HAITIANS.  This phrase became so damaging to Haiti’s image that Information Minister Jean Marie Chanoine initiated legal action against a French TV network, to stop this defamation. He won and all other media outlets, worldwide, stopped the defamation.

It worked.

Years later the extensive efforts have delivered success.

But success is not what makes money for certain ONGs. They need sick people, to raise funding, to buy medications, hire people to make a profit – skimmed from the top!

It isn’t the Haitians who are sick!

It is the International Communities ONGs who really don’t give a Rat’s Ass for the welfare of my Haitian people. My Haitians are viewed as a bunch of lab rats, ready for experimentation.

And we have worrying reports of a hospital that might be carrying out experiments – of the type that could not be carried out in the United States – to tested AIDS/HIV medications on – in some cases – sick Dominican prostitutes who no one will miss.

Inhuman, but Haitian reality is often inhuman.

The Jovenel Moise  needs to invest a little time to investigate this criminal intent.

Sick people make them happy.

Healthy people generate depression and declining balance sheets.
