Manifestation very violent as crowd burns cars, businesses, attacks people.

Crowd is not large.

Made up of clean, well-dressed people, not the normal street people swept up by the usual demonstration.

Moise Jean Charles is a whore who would have called this demonstration off, had the government paid him some cash.

The Dominican Government and business people have funded this assault on Haiti’s democracy.

Haitians, including Rene Civile, met their Dominican counterparts in the Sheraton Hotel in Santo Domingo.

Jovenel’s agricultural efforts are a threat to the DR’s production, underwritten by billions from the EEC.

There are wheels-within-wheels.

Nothing in Haiti is as it seems to be.

A violent manifestation, funded by several key Haitian businessmen and their Dominican associates. Not many n the street. Fewer than 100 near Moise Jean Charles. Would be easy to control.

    Just surround and arrest everyone.

Unfortunately, the PNH has abandoned their responsibilities.

Americans should identify those in the crowd who have American visa and cancel them
