Some weeks ago we received information to the effect that OXFAM in Haiti had a major problem. At that time there was a suggestion of financial fraud. There was also a preliminary report – we are told – that revealed an involvement with CHILD PORNOGRAPHY by members of the Haitian OXFAM establishment.
An article in Haiti’s Le Nouvelliste, September5, 2011 quotes Penny Lawrence, International Director of OXFAM…”Oxfam s’engage a respecter les plus hauts standards éthiques dans tous les pays ou nous intervenons” affirme Lawrence.
This is complete and utter Bullshit as Lawrence dances around the truth and moral ethique involved !!!
Lawrence, and the OXFAM people suggest that there was some sort of technical problem…that did not involve FRAUD. They were playing Bill Clinton’s game with the English language and really not stating the truth.
Our sources maintain that there was an embarrassing situation in which a substantial number of OXFAM’s Haitian staff was involved with child pornography, child molestation and the creation of child pornography for distribution internationally. If this is the case, OXFAM has a legal responsibility to report these crimes to the Haitian authority and the legal authorities of those countries from which nationals were involved. This sounds like a sophisticated form of SEX TOURISM – funded by OXFAM…whether OXFAM knew it or not.
It is time for OXFAM to come clean and publish the final report, along with all of the preliminary evidence that was accumulated by those investigating the OXFAM troubles in Haiti.
There is a very real possibility that – if OXFAM has suppressed evidence of child pornography, that those doing so may – in fact – be guilty of a felony offense.
ONLY A COMPLETE AND FULL INVESTIGATION WILL REVEAL THE TRUTH. IT IS TIME FOR PRESIDENT MARTELLY TO DEMAND SUCH AN INVESTIGATION. HAITI HAS BEEN USED AS A PLACE FOR SEXUAL EXPLOITATION, CHILD AND ADULT PORNOGRAPHY – FOR TOO LONG.
