ONLY A DOG RETURNS TO ITS VOMIT~BELLERIVE CONSIDERED AS MARTELLY PRIME MINISTER

Jun 22, 2011

NOW THAT ROUZIER HAS IMPLODED, PRESSURE IS BEING BROUGHT TO BEAR IN ORDER TO SEE EX-PRIME MINISTER BELLERIVE NAMED AS PRIME MINISTER.

THIS WOULD BE A MAJOR MISTAKE.

HE HAS MORE LOYALTY TO THE DOMINICAN REPUBLIC, THAN TO HAITI. AND, THERE IS A $379,000,000 USD CONTRACT HE HAS COORDINATED BETWEEN A DOMINICAN REPUBLIC CONSTRUCTION FIRM AND HAITI. IF RUMOURS PROVE TO BE TRUE, HE COULD GO TO JAIL FOR HIS INVOLVEMENT IF THERE WAS A FUNCTIONING JUSTICE SYSTEM.

IT HAS BEEN SUGGESTED THAT BELLERIVE HAS BEEN TRYING TO GET MARTELLY AND ROUZIER ON BOARD.

AND, OF COURSE, THERE ARE THE RUMOURS THAT BELLERIVE HAS BEEN AN OPERATIVE FOR THE DOMINICAN SECRET SERVICE FOR OVER 20 YEARS.

MARTELLY’S SECOND CHOICE MUST BE A WINNER, OR HE IS TOAST.  DANIEL SUPPLICE, LAMOTHE, OR BELLERIVE WILL NOT MAKE THE WINNER’S CIRCLE.  SUPPLICE IS A SIMPLE OPPORTUNIST WHILE THE OTHER TWO HAVE THICK DOSSIERS.

LAMOTHE SHOULD BE ASKED ABOUT SENEGAL, AND SOME HAITIAN ACTIVITIES.

JEAN-HENRY CEANT SHOULD HAVE BEEN PRESIDENT IN THE NOVEMBER, 2010 BALLOT. NAMING HIM AS PRIME MINISTER WILL RECTIFY THIS EARLIER ERROR BY HONORING THE PEOPLE’S ORIGINAL CHOICE, IN A ROUND ABOUT WAY.

MARTELLY HAS LITTLE TIME.

ANOTHER MONTH IS ABOUT TO BE WASTED.

NAME CEANT NOW AND LET’S MOVE FORWARD.

SCHOOLS ARE CLOSE TO THEIR OPENING DATE AND WILL BE A CALL ON MARTELLY’S MAJOR PROMISE.

  1. Ceant is also a thief and a byproduct of the criminal lavalas clan

  2. Do not be forgetful of the moments when Bellerive served as an Aristid electoral officiel He had several Land Cruisers that mysteriously disappeared.

When Latortue became Premier Ministre his police discovered the cars in the Dominican Republic. Seems that they were sold by Bellerive’s mistress. When Latortue pressed for justice he was told to forget the dossier.

Bellerive’s mistress – now his wife – is his contact with the Dominican secret service.

  3. President Martelly was elected with hopes for change, so far he has squandered the good will of the people by surrounding himself with likes of the Mayard-pauls and al,he wasted an entire month on Rouzier and now plans to put forth names that are synonimus with past administration corruption, Bellerive, Ceant, supplice, Voltair all are corrupt and have no honor. He should instead look toward those who have proven themselves to be capable, honorable, discipline administrators. General Max Valles formely of (FADH)fits that profile he should be recalled to serve his country once again, he well respected in every facet of Haitian society, he is a lawyer, writer, poet, and a capable administrator who is above petty politics and has not been tainted with corruption. He would have little trouble with parliamentary approval.

President Martelly look not toward your personal friends and acquaintances to help you in your governance. There is a lt of us out there. General Max Valles is a viable choice

  4. Sorry! you seems to forget when the Secretary of State met with all the candidates, there were an agreement made.Just imagine; if the old candidate who agreed to step down and allowed mickey to run as the REAL winner did not NEGOTIATED with HC nothing at all.Suppose it was the position of Prime Minister.Imean JUDE CELESTIN for PRIME MINISTER.Think my friend he may be just the next CHOICE.REMEMBERED i said just imagine.

We are living the painful reality of a parliamentarian democracy. Martelly has no foundation or support in the Haitian congress. Even his own 3 congressmen from RP took side with GPR. He would have to negotiate with congress for a new prime minister. There are no 2 ways about it. In the mean time Martelly would have to run an Interim emergency government and name by executive orders Interim ministers to run the government a la Belgium. He would have to run by executive orders. He would report to the congress in one year as prescribe by the Haitian constitution. He cannot run an emergency government with caretaker ministers from the previous government. They have a different vision and no dogs in that fight. Finally, he would have to consult with his base and the Haitian people for their approval of his programs as he goes along, like a “pseudo direct democracy” while he is negotiating a new prime minister with the congress. This negotiations may take a year. These are my thoughts for the sake of the Haitian people and the advancement of Haiti and its naissant democracy. We will do fine but it will take time. That’s a process like we like to say in the US. It could have been worse. We do not have a bloody civil war.
