President Moise’s appearance, at the UN General Assembly, was an important event, an event during which he could deliver a powerful, revealing speech – to the world – outlining the challenges his government faces, and the sources of these challenges.

He could have reached out, to our friends, asking for their assistance in saving our Nation.
The Opposition recognized this danger and focused their successful efforts on derailing this possibility.
Instead of a 40 minute personal sit-down with President Trump, Haiti received a “passing hand-shake” as Trump encountered Bochitt Edmond, of Minister of Foreign Affairs, in a hallway.
An opportunity lost!
The Opposition derailed – yet again – President Moise’s effort to install Prime Minister and government to coordinate our future.
The PNH could have cordoned off the area around our Senate, allowing no one through the cordon except authorized personnel. The PNH should have picked up, and delivered each Senator to the Senate.
Then, we would not have experienced another circus with terrorists inside the Senate building, swarming outside, threatening Senators as senior PNH officers wandered around – in the mob – like lost children.
DRUG DEALERS AND KILLERS DERAILING DEMOCRACY
The PNH actions – yesterday – were scandalous and can only be described as intentional or because of leadership incompetence.
Neither of these excuses is acceptable!
And then, yesterday started as a peaceful, very normal morning with good traffic flow, street merchants selling their merchandise, people walking, talking freely as we traversed the route from Fursi to the Champs des Mars.
No trouble.
But the warning to expect problems “later in the day.”
Then, as predicted, few carefully coordinated teams destroyed this tranquility! Numerous focal points of violence as small teams attacked and burned things, blocked roads with fiery tires, looted stores and kept people at home.
Sporadic gunfire.
And a very effective PSYWAR was initiated where reports of violence, with videos, were spread via WHATSAPP, that favorite medium in Haitian society.
Burning cars, tires, violent mobs – MOST WERE NOT HAPPENING HERE AND NOW! . THEY WERE VIDEOS FROM SOME OTHER TIME AND – IN SOME OTHER CASES – OTHER COUNTRIES. HAITIAN MOBS DON’T CHANT IN PORTUGEUSE!!
At 4 A.M. – listening to RADIO ZENITH – we heard transmissions urging the people to “Kill all foreigners who support the Americans…” RADIO ZENITH is owned by the Mayor of Croix des Bouquets, a “friend of the DEA,” boss of the local gangs, and controller of local PNH units. He pays their wages when the government doesn’t.
Haitian radio stations – in general – are taking a strongly Anti-American bias.
And, on RADIO METROPOLE we hear the “respected journalist” talking “anti-American propaganda,” which is a most unusual concept for this guy, unless he, and the other media outlets are a part of a major plot.
The Americans can control the radio threat with a few simple phone calls to the radio station owners. All have American Visas. Most own property in the United States.
THREATEN VISA CANCELLATION AND THEIR RESOLVE WILL DISPPEAR LIKE FOG IN THE MORNING SUNRISE.
There is a lot of cash in play!
Probably fewer than 12 individuals are coordinating this train wreck and they have more financial resources than the government.
