Michel Succard, a well-known and respected political analyst has just spoken on the radio. He commented on the fact that “Members of a well-known political party slept in front of polling station, last night, and would not allow anyone else to enter this morning. They said the ballot boxes were already full…”
Succard was too polite to say they were INITE members sleeping in front of polling stations.
This is the same strategy that Preval used in 2006. His people slept in front of the polling stations and intimidated anyone who was not obviously a Preval person.
It obviously works!!
One reports shows a ballot box that fell from a MINUSTAH vehicle. It his the road and burst open, spilling CELESTIN votes all over the street
