Who cares who “wins” this so called (e)lection?. Of course Sweet Mickey probably won but he shouldn’t have been in the runoff in the first place. It is like an election with Sadam and Qadhafi as the only candidates, themselves put in a runoff decided by Bin Ladin. Aristide’s achievement was 60%. of a high turnout. Let’s see how many actually turned out to vote in this travesty of an election. Anything under 40% is a debacle.
