Senator Joseph Lambert, party director of Preval’s INITE party announced that INITE has withdrawn it candidates from the entire electoral process.

There were rumors to the effect that the Obama government had threatened to declare INITE a terrorist organization and move against its members.

Whatever the case, the departure of the Preval dominated INITE party, which promoted many involved with the cocaine business, cannot be a bad thing for Haiti.
