Nous apprenons de source confidentielle que les difficultés de la ratification du Premier Ministre désigné trouvent leur source dans une affaire de contrat de 379 millions de dollars américains négocié entre le Premier Ministre sortant Jean-Max Bellerive et des firmes dominicaines de construction.
Monsieur Bellerive aurait déjà versé 4 millions de dollars au mois de novembre, il avait promis de verser une autre tranche de 108 millions sous la base d’un contrat de 8 pages soumises par la compagnie dominicaine dans deux semaines.
Daniel Rouzier ayant promis de résilier ce contrat, est déjà dans le collimateur des personnes intéressées par les avantages. Des hélicoptères dominicains ont effectués plusieurs visites à Port-au-Prince avec à leur bord des Sénateurs et Diplomates cherchant à convaincre le nouveau régime haïtien, Rouzier-Martelly de poursuivre l’exécution du contrat empoisonné. Des hommes d’affaire du Groupe dit de Bourdon associé à un secteur mafieux dans l’environnement du Président qui y voit déjà un moyen d’empocher une commission juteuse, ont utilisé 4 millions de dollars pour soudoyer des parlementaires contre le Premier Ministre Désigné. >
INITE-GPR se bat pour conserver le Ministère de l’Agriculture dans le but de cacher la vérité sur les vols d’engrais dans l’Artibonite, les multiples détournement de fonds de l’argent Petrocaribe faits à partir du cette institution.
L’assassinat de Guito Toussaint serait une exécution, une mise en garde contre toute personne disposant d’informations compromettantes sur les fonds détournés sous les régimes passés.

**Bellerive devra appliquer la politique du président Martelly *
Le chef de l’Etat haïtien, *Michel Martelly, demande au Premier Ministre
sortant Jean Max Bellerive d’appliquer son programme*. Craignant que le
Parlement, dominé par le parti Inité ne perde trop de temps pour ratifier
son prochain Premier Ministre, M. Martelly a indiqué que le chef du
gouvernement ne devra plus liquider les affaires courantes.
M. Bellerive aura la charge de lancer des initiatives dans des projets
urgents tels la lutte contre le cholera, la relocalisation des sans abris et
la mise en branle du Fonds National d’Education.
Martelly, impatient de se mettre au travail pour la population réitère sa
détermination à provoquer le changement. Cette stratégie du président
Martelly est innovante. C’est la première fois qu’un chef de gouvernement
applique le programme de deux présidents élus distincts.
M. Martelly n’a pas fixé un délai pour l’application de cette formule. Il
promet toutefois de choisir une nouvelle personnalité en consultation avec
les présidents des deux chambres. On ignore si les ministres démissionnaires
resteront en poste ou si le chef de la Primature aura la latitude de choisir
de nouveaux ministres.
En tant que Premier Ministre actif mais démissionnaire Jean Max Bellerive ne
pourra pas être interpellé par les parlementaires.

We were willing to forget the fact that he, and his wife’s family, were heavy in the powder business.

13. We must procecute a ruthless war against those who work to the injury of the common welfare of the people and the state. Traitors, profiteers, etc., are to be punished severely, regardless of creed or race.
14. The judicial system must be reformed so that individual rights and property rights are respected and reflect Haitian common law.
15. In order to make it possible for every capable and industrious Haitian to obtain higher education, and thus the opportunity to reach into positions of leadership, the State must assume the responsibility of organizing thoroughly the entire cultural system of the people. The curricula of all educational establishments should be adapted to practical life. The conception of the State Idea (science of citizenship) must be taught in the schools from the very beginning. We demand that specially talented children of poor parents, whatever their station or occupation, be educated at the expense of the State.
16. The State has the duty to help raise the standard of living by providing affordable housing, common health centers, by prohibiting juvenile labor, by increasing physical fitness through the introduction of compulsory games and athletics, and by the greatest possible encouragement of associations concerned with the physical education of the young.
17. We should abolish of the national police and the creation of a national peoples’ (conscript) army who’s purpose is to build the infrastructures of the country as well as defense of territory
18. We demand that there be a legal campaign against those who deliberate stole from the state to enrich themselves through political lies and patronage and bring them all to justice.
