I best remember this guy when he walked into President Preval’s office and found his (Delva’s) wife in a compromising position.

 Préval almost killed him.

Then DELVA accepted a job in the Préval Government.

Now he has somehow been selected as Communications Minister in the Ceant team, and was not a Jovenel Moise choice.

Last week he physically attacked another cabinet minister. Is he smoking something?

Definitely no class.
