FLASH-FLASH-FLASH SECRET FLIGHTS AT AIRPORT AFTER TOWER CLOSED, CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION GONE HOME

January 18, 2012

0200 hours Sunday, January 15 an executive jet touched down at Port-au-Prince’s international airport. There was no one in the control tower, to give landing clearance, and no one in Customs or Immigration to check the identities of the visitors.

The aircraft was tracked by American drug interdiction elements as it flew across the intervening space between Venezuela and Haiti.

On board was an emissary from President Chavez of Venezuela with a Halliburton case carrying something like $500,000 for President Martelly.

Over the past weeks there have been strange flights, in and out of the airport, after the staff has gone home. Executing jets, Boeing transports…all leaving before the light of dawn brings Haitian workers to the field.

Strange cargoes, strange people for operations in and out of a democracy.

  1. Hugo chavez have always been a firm supporter of Haiti. Hugo have done alot for Haiti since before the earthquake.

    1. I think the only thing that I have seen Hugo do for Haiti is facilitate drug smuggling. If I am wrong, will someone here please correct me.

  2. Well. Remember how the Duvalier were doing both with drug dealing and corruptions? Presenting people they needed to buy with money in hand… Now, who are Mr Martelly’s friends and advisers? Principally the sons and daughters of the Duvalierists.
As for Mr Chavez, I believe this guy is capable of just ANYTHING to achieve his goals, this includes, of course, drug dealing where, I guess, Mr Martelly would not mind to participate, because the morale of that guy seem rather low to me.
On the other hand, it appears that sometimes even the Americans in highest office are so, so naive…
