DISRUPT THE ELECTORAL PROCESS – CREATE PANIC!!

In a brilliant, cynical move, to create fear and tension,   in an already traumatized society, President Rene Preval has initiated a FRIGHTENING rumor to the effect that Haiti is about to be hit with a 9.2 Richter Scale earthquake.  Megaphones were handed out to known Preval agitators who then walked the streets…warning Haitians of the danger…telling them to get out of their houses and offices…”the only safety is in the streets….”

All of this after two days/nights of a Noah’s Arc style deluge that left tent camps devastated – AGAIN!!!

People with very little have – yet again – reverted to nothing!!

This is similar to the Preval generated rumor, immediately after the January 12 quake, to the effect that a tsunami was rushing dowen on Port-au-Prince…”The plaines are already flooded…!!!” This justified his release of prisoners from the National Penitentiary….specifically, about 60 extra hard core Preval gang-leaders he needed to control his hold on power.

They  immediately took control of tent camps, intimidating, raping, murdering, beating the homeless masses  into submission!!

This cynical, obscene Tsunami Rumor sent thousands of terrified Haitians, many injured, up the hills towards Kenscoff. Haitians died en route while the freed gang leaders joined their associates to loot a deserted downtown Port-au-Prince as a bonus.

What else will Preval and his INITE Party come up with?

There are no limits to their criminal actions.

There is no conscience.

All that matters is winning, to protect their stolen fortunes and avoid justice.

They haalready had enough money!

But Preval has plundered the Petro Caraibe Fund – AGAIN- giving his candidate Jude Celestin  tens of millions to drown the underfunded democratic opposition.

Is there no audit control on Petro Caraibe Funding???

There is little wonder in the fact the International Community refuses to pump earthquake reconstruction funds through Preval government accounts.  He does not even try to hide his crimes, carrying the dollars away as the world looks on.

PREVAL IS ABOUT TO STEAL ANOTHER ELECTION AS THE WORLD COMMUNITY STANDS – FROZEN – LIKE A RABBIT IN THE HUNTER’S SPOTLIGHT!!!

I ASK THE QUESTION – ALTHOUGH, SADLY, I ALREADY KNOW THE NEGATIVE ANSWER.

“IS THERE NO DECENCY OR INTEGRITY OUT THERE??”

THE INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITYHAS PLACED US IN THIS SITUATION. IT SHOULD NOW HELP US CORRECT THE RESULTS OF ITS OWN CRIMINAL/UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACTIONS THAT STOLE THE 2006 ELECTION FOR PREVAL.

REMEMBER – PREVAL HAD 23% OF THE VOTE WHEN MINUSTAH  (BRAZIL/CHILE) DECIDED TO GIVE HIM 51%, AVOIDING A RUN-OFF THAT WOULD HAVE SEEN PREVAL DEFEATED.

WHAT WILL YOU DO ABOUT THIS??

PROBABLY NOTHING.
