June 8, 2010-Claudy Gassant was fired for his handling of drug prosecutions…or his complete and total refusal to pursue Preval associates, involved in the cocaine traffic. This traffic has increased over 300% in the past couple of months. Much of the money is going into Preval’s election war chest for the November elections. He plans to buy them, as he has in the past.
He was also fired for attempting the arrest and persecution of numerous political opponents of President Rene Garcia Preval.
Minister of Justice Paul Denis has refused to play the game and Gassant was eliminated, but he will still play an undercover part in Preval’s plan to create chaos and destruction, blaming this on his political opponents. This will clear the way for the Preval team to demand MINUSTAH’s arrest of Preval’s enemies.
The game is just starting.
Preval does not plan to give up power with the November, 2010 elections and he will eliminate anyone, or anything that stands in his way.
Property will be destroyed.
People are going to die.
Preval ordered kidnapping will increase as a weapon of fear, and a generator of income.

I am not optimistic with people similar to Gassant in existence.
Several years ago my father paid him $60,000 in order to avoid arrest on some created charges. There are many more like my father who should speak out but cannot.
Gassant should be pursued, by his victims, in the American Federal Court system. They can use the 1758 Torture Act, as it was used against General Avril. This will work since Gassant lives in Florida. Many of his victims have American residence. The American court system can be used to attack the Preval government’s crimes against its citizens…if anyone is brave enough.
When Preval falls his victims should attack Gassant and other Preval associates.
It is a good signal for the battle of freedom in Haiti. Soon or later, the country will be freed.Be courageous, people. Be more patient, brethren. The victory is in our hands. It is time for the enemies to render accounts and let the friend of Haiti to come over and create the new conditions of life in this country. Somehow, we need to cooperate with guys with good willing to serve the public cause. We need to discharge the corrupted guys in power.The eternal enemies must taken out, them and their associates for many years to come. Anyone who took take off public funds from 1957 to 20010, must be judged and return the public funds to the country without exception. All members of former governments in any capacity must audited and punished for their forfeits against the people.

We will hope that the Justice Papers are recovered, but there surely is information with the USA DEA as well, as he was likely being watched by them, if he was actually involved with drugs people
