ENTIRE DUBAI BALLOT PRINTING GAME MERELY A SMOKE SCREEN TO HIDE $9,000,000 – PAID CEP MEMBERS TO ACCEPT JACKY LUMARQUE – BURIED IN HSBC – HONGKONG & SHANGHAI BANKING CORPORATION

July 3, 2015

The recent trip to Dubai, by members of the CEP, and staff, supposedly to ascertain the printing capabilities of printers here, was actually a smoke-screen to cover the movement, and deposit, of bribes received to reinstate the candidacy of Jacky Lumarque.

This amounted to a cool $1,000,000 each!

Not bad when added to the fortune spent to block the candidacy of Laurent Lamothe.

None of the 9 CEP members, or their staff, have any experience in the printing business, and would not recognize a printing machine, if it jumped out of the woods and bit them.

The use of Dubai printers has got to be one of the most ridiculous concepts in the history of the CEP.

Haiti to Dubai is 1,000 miles further than Haiti to Tokyo, Japan!!!

Miami is 620 miles away but they have strict banking regulations there!!

The entire electoral process has become an obvious “get rich quick” scheme that will see Preval’s Verite candidate Jacky Lumarque favored.

Preval is carefully coordinating the game with big, expensive manifestations, against the CEP, while promoting the candidacy of Jacky Lumarque.  Big money is being invested in these demonstrations, a game in which Preval, Evans Paul, and Aristide are masters.

In a field where people are hesitant to spend dollars on the election, Preval is willing to roll the dice.

What Preval would like to see is an election for Senate/Chamber of Deputies, in which he buys control for VERITE, his political party. Paul Denis will be named Prime Minister and then the game will move to stalemate on Presidential vote. The Constitution could be re-written to eliminate the Presidency, and Preval will be in control – again.

Preval will then move against Aristide and Martelly since he sees them in an alliance with each other. There is reason to believe that Aristide paid Martelly something like $10,000,000 to leave him alone.

Laurent Lamothe, the most popular person in Haiti, at the moment, could well be left behind as the Preval team gains momentum.

A Preval win would not be in the best interests of Haiti.

Time to collapse the CEP, write a new Electoral Law and restart the clock. Having the Parliamentary elections first is a formula for disaster.

Would be interesting to hook CEP members to a polygraph/lie detector machine!!!

  1. I would rather see them hooked to a different electrical device. One with a comfy seat.

60,000 dollars US auraient

  3. #### them all (comment edited) Please stop with the death calls, or you will be blocked. We get your point)

  4. If this was to be true, the US justice system can be forced to investigate this matter. If the US contributes to the PNUD, that makes it taxpayers money. Therefore any corruption made to acquire these funds should be prosecuted.
