I am sitting here, listening to Radio Kiskeya as a few well-fed idiots debate “obligations légales” and tiny details regarding accreditation of foreign observers – even as children are starving to death in Haiti’s Northwest. YES, PEOPLE ARE STARVING TO DEATH, theIr departure ignored by all but their personal families and, perhaps, neighbors in similar desperate conditions!

We should remember the old Creole proverb – “An empty stomach has no ears.”
Haiti’s vast majority has zero interest in elections or politics, two elements that have effectively taken everything they possessed before the Blan inflicted their fatal infection upon the Haitian population – DEMOCRACY!

The population is focused upon day-to-day survival after Martelly’s Central Bank Governor – Castel – devalued Haiti’s currency. He then said I DON’T CARE!! when challenged.

Castel should be jailed, or worse.

Today, a bag of rice can be fatal!

If a person is lucky enough to obtain a bag of rice, his life is in danger, as others seek to possess it for themselves. A lucky owner must transport the rice in buckets, so people will think they have water. It must be cooked in secrecy.

With Lamothe they had things like “Ti Mama Cheri” – a program that provided meals. With Lamothe’s departure, this program, and others were cancelled by now Prime Minister Evans Paul. Paul is now focused upon stealing his own fortune. To Hell with the people!

Paul should be jailed!

Properly coordinated elections would serve a purpose, providing the opportunity to replace the criminal, doomed Martelly team, with a new one, led by ex-Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe.

Martelly, pressured by Sophia, Kiko, and the Mayard-Pauls – fired the only constructive element in his government – Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe.

There is a message here, as Martelly’s government went down the toilet, without Lamothe’s input and projects.

Unfortunately, the people will be cheated, yet again.

Martelly has illegally blocked the candidacy of Lamothe, publicly admitting this, an illegal move that could see American funding cut off. This is already being debated in the American Senate.  Martelly doesn’t care if his people starve, when American aid funds are cut. He is only interested in his personal ego and fortune, a stolen fortune that would have been better spent on rice, beans and an education for the Nation’s children.

Martelly promised an education and has stolen this dream as he and his team plunders the Ministry of Education’s treasury. Millions of dollars – real American dollars – are gone!!

Since we don’t have capital punishment, we can’t hang him. Education Minister Manigat should be jailed.

President Martelly has invested  time, and money in an effort to guarantee his prolongation of power – via surrogates. Rene Preval, and Martelly are teamed to take immediate control of Parliament, with the vote, slightly more than a week away.

BOUCLIER, a Martelly surrogate political party, is built around drug dealers, kidnappers, murderers  and other assorted colorful elements.

Electoral violence is accelerating as people are shot on the streets.   It can only get worse as the Martelly/Preval Chimere intimidate Haiti’s people.

The International Community’s insistence upon elections – any sort of elections – is a guarantee of disaster – another disaster. This won’t be the first time the International Community forced and election – then accepted criminally flawed results to place a criminal, unwanted government in power.

The Peoples’ Voice is never heard.

Time to call off the scheduled Parliamentary vote.

Time to take time to properly coordinate the process.

Time for Martelly to step down. The process can never be handled professionally with Martelly, and his band of criminals, calling the shots.

President Martelly has deteriorated into Sweet Mickey, a disappointment to those who placed their trust in him.

Haiti loses again.

There is an old vaudeville  performance saying, to the effect… “It isn’t over till the fat lady sings.”

In Haiti we might say… “It isn’t over till Martelly drops his pants…”

An obscene reality!!
