While we learned in schools in the U.S, that Justice is for all? how and why did the Clinton’s and their cronies got away with all the crimes they have committed during the past 40 years?

No one should be above the law in the US…. This is the kind of country we “supposed” to be. Americans have heard almost everything about the emails…. but there is much more…. I will touch on the drug Connection. The DEA failed to indict J.B. Aristide because he threatened to denounce all the US politicians involved with him that had received money coming from the drug Trade.

Manuel Antonio Noriega was indicted, brought back to stand trial in the US for far less…. Difference: Noriega did not give to any US politicians.

By 2004, about 15% of the cocaine entering the U.S came through Haiti, a major increase during Aristide’s time in office.

DEA had indicted the following people ( all very close associates of J.B. Aristide) and brought them back to Justice in the U.S:

* Oriel Jean

* Jean Nesly Lucien
* Romaine Lestin
* Rudy Therassean
* Evan Brillant
* Fourel Celestin – Aristide’s cousin

A Colombian National living in Haiti, believed to be the right hand man of Pablo Escobar: Fernando Burgos was also arrested by the DEA and brought back to stand Justice in the US. Fernando Burgos had operated in Haiti for years, had supposedly a “fish” business under the name: “Sosa des Cayes”.

Under U.S law, anyone who moves money of illicit origins – the profits of crime – into U.S Bank accounts violates U.S statute against money laundering.

Anyone who offers bribes or kickback to get a foreign contract violates the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act. Americans who offer bribes or kickbacks to get foreign contracts violate the U.S Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and are liable to prosecution by the U.S Justice Department.

Aristide has insulated himself against this danger by writing a manuscript entitled, “I PAID FOR MY RETURN” in which he explains how he paid a staggering number of high-level Americans over the years of his Presidency, and those of Rene Preval, his surrogate.

Many names have been mentioned, as inclusions, including most of the Congressional Black Caucus, Jessie Jackson and a band of brothers, all united by their love of cash!!

With a Trump Presidency, this insulation will be stripped away and many will face Justice. When Aristide is finally arrested, he will squeal like a stuck pig, taking everyone down with him.

Bill and Hillary Clinton should be convicted, but probably won’t because of the establishment’s fear of challenging the system

Beaudouin Jacques Ketant, the most notorious drug dealer in Haiti, told a U.S court that Aristide controlled 85% of the cocaine trade flowing through Haiti; he also said at a February sentencing in U.S courts, that he had paid up to half million dollars a month to Aristide, and Oriel Jean, in bribes to allow planes with cocaine to land on National Route 9, near Port-au-Prince.

Ketant had smuggled tons of cocaine to Fort Lauderdale- Miami – West Palm Beach – New-York – Chicago.

Oriel Jean, who headed Aristide’s Presidential National Palace security from 2001 to 2003, testified that he and other Haitian law enforcement officials got hundreds of thousands of dollars from

Serge Edouard, who ran an operation that imported cocaine from Colombia to Miami and new-York. Oriel said that Aristide approved a national security badge for Serge Edouard so he could travel in the country without police searches. Oriel also testified in US Courts that Edouard had kicked back millions to Aristide Foundation.

We know that Aristide paid millions to Lobbyists in Washington in the US from the money made of the Drug trade, Aristide said he is immune from prosecution from the US, because if he reveals names of people that have taking bribes from him, the US would explode?

This is just the tip of the Iceberg !

Aristide’s fortune – when he was removed from power in 2004 – was estimated to be $1,500,000,000 with this treasure deposited in accounts all over the world. Luxembourg, the Baltic States, Lichtenstein, Honk Kong Shanghai Bank, Morocco, and even the United States. At one time an American agency published the account numbers and balances.

At this very moment, Aristide is planning to take control of Haiti – yet again.
