DOMINO EFFECT – STAGE 2: CHAMBER MAY NOT ACCEPT LAFONTANT AS PM!! SO WHAT?

The Senate Dash for Dollars saw a majority vote for acceptance of Jacky Lafontant as Prime Minister.

The following day saw major media attacks on the process with ridicule first and foremost.

Dumb!

Trouble ahead.

And, whoever is writing Lafontant’s speeches should be shot!

Terrible !!

The entire situation presents a formula for disaster on down the road. Perhaps as soon as School Opening this fall.

We are on autopilot as the government moves forward too busy being busy to see the forest, for the trees.

Musical Chairs as left-overs from Privert and Martelly teams push and shove for a lucrative  place in the game. Jovenel people often at disadvantage since others already had chairs selected well before inauguration.

The Constitution is a mess and allows this train wreck.

Lots of meetings. Shuffling papers  around without reading their content. No focus on reality!

Ambassador Merten, the firefighter is here. But there may not be enough water to control the blaze. The firehose has holes in it.

We are becoming less optimistic about the immediate and short-term future,  with each Member of the Chamber we speak to.

The Chamber of Deputies should meet today to finalise the process. They say they “do not have time!”

Probably going to the beach.

Constitution can be read in a way that Chamber approval not  really necessary.

What does Constitution say about timing for future Non-Confidence Vote?

Jovenel deserves better.

Haiti deserves better.

Shortchanged again.
