Well, Claudy Gassant may have finally taken a step towards having his American Residence cancelled. The notorious Aristide/Preval prosecutor moved to kill a Haitian/American doctor on a Port-au-Prince street.
Police are searching for Gassant. He is driving a white SUV with Dominican Republic plates.
Criminal charges can be filed in the States since both live there.
Gassant will not find sanctuary in his Boca Raton house he purchased with funds taken by blackmail from Haitian commercants. he can be called to justice as a criminal or a a civil suit. Claims can take what he possesses or put him in jail.
