As with the kidnap of Edouard Bausson – UNIBANK – the Muscoso kidnap has not received any publicity.
The daughter and son of Robert Muscoso, head of SOGEBANK were grabbed off a street in Bourdon two days ago. So far there is very little information, even within those groups that would normally be involved with the investigation.
Is this because Muscoso understands the reasoning behind the crime, and hopes to settle without publicity?
The fact that the criminals were in a PNH vehicle throws some confusion into the game. Were they police, or just people in a vehicle with police markings.
In a world where the cocaine people move drugs in PNH vehicles, those bearing Red Cross logos and a couple of vehicles with Diplomatic plates, tied to the US Embassy – it is difficult to tell reality from unreality…. but that, my friends, is Haiti!
