Preval held a meeting with some of his insiders yesterday to discuss the elections. He was torn between the possibility of having a run-off, or simply declaring one candidate – Jude Celestin – winner with 52% of the vote. The thought of a run-off was derailed by his own cunning. He had already convinced the world that Michel Martelly and Mirlande Manigat were the two top vote getters, even though the facts would say something else.

Preval floated the idea of a three person run-off, but this was immediately shot down by the International Community. They said this was possible only if two of the candidates had an exact tie – and this was not the case. The three-way run-off would have seen Martelly, Manigat and Celestin, ignoring Jean-Henry Ceant, the top vote getter, in reality.

Somehow we have a USAID funded international group, counting votes in an environment that bars Haitian presence. Even the candidates cannot have an observer present. I believe that this is probably illegal, under the current Electoral Law in Haiti, but what does that matter in a fraudulent election.

The entire process is so flawed that no one could testify, with any legal certainty, that the votes/ballot boxes are the same ones that were used in the polling stations. In American courts, the “chain of evidence” is all important. If you cannot complete the connection, all along the process, of a piece of evidence from start to finish, it is not considered.

So, Preval told his associates he would roll the dice and have the CEP declare Celestin winner with 52% of the votes. And it sees as though this was done because CNN was soon reporting that Celestin was winner with 52%.

Then the foreign counters came on stage and said this was not true. They were finding Manigat/Martelly the two leaders.

Of course, Jean-Henry Ceant had – by this time, been  totally forgotten.

The evening was filled with radio/TV broadcasts in which everyone attacked the process.

What people fail to realize is that is   becoming a situation in which the Haitian people will be at war with   MINUSTAH. Mulet has made it abundantly clear that he supports Preval and  Jude Celestin. He had UN vehicles on the streets of Petionville, their occupants standing on the streets, urging Haitians to vote Celestin.

This is not the action of a neutral party.

Thousands of machetes were purchased yesterday and this indicates big trouble. Haiti is on the verge of serious violence, violence created by the International Community through its refusal to accept the plain and simple facts – the election is fatally flawed. It is not as though the dangers were not apparent and people attempted to warn the world of exactly how Preval would move to steal the vote.

AND HE DID THIS EXACTLY ACCORDING TO THE WARNINGS!!!

The nation could explode, at any moment.

The elections must be annulled.

Preval must step down.

A new CEP must be appointed.

Fresh elections must be held..

It isn’t rocket science but those who know better are refusing to accept the facts.

Haitians are dying because of this as the cholera epidemic is ignored.

600,000 may be infected within 90 days. Of this number 33,600 will die if proper treatment is available. With the present situations ongoing -336,000 will die!!!
