Selon les dernières données émanant du Centre de Tabulation des Votes (CTV), au niveau de l’électionprésidentielle le CTV doit recevoir 13,725 procès verbaux (PV), et le CTV en a déjà reçu 13,299 soit 96.90%.
Au niveau des PV en traitement : 157 ont déjà été numérisés soit 1.18%, 347 sont déjà traités 1ère saisie soit 2.61%, 60 sont déjà traités 2ème saisie soit 0.45%. 1,223 sont en cours de vérification soit 9.27% ; un total de 1,797 PV sont en traitement soit 13,51%.
Au niveau des PV finalisés, 11,418 PV ont été finalisés soit 85.86%, 84 ont été mit à l’écart soit 0.63%, pour un total de 11,502 PV finalisés soit 86.49%.
Au niveau de l’élection des sénateurs le CTV doit recevoir 11,657 procès verbaux (PV), et le CTV en a déjà reçu 11,208 soit 96.15%.
Au niveau des PV en traitement : 103 ont déjà été numérisés soit 0.92%, 1,388 sont déjà traités 1ère saisie soit 12.38%, 8 sont déjà traités 2ème saisie soit 0.07%. 699 sont en cours de vérification soit 6.24% ; un total de 2,198 PV sont en traitement soit 19,61%.
Au niveau des PV finalisés, 9,005 PV ont été finalisés soit 80.34%, 5 ont été mit à l’écart soit 0.04%, pour un total de 9,010 PV finalisés soit 80.39%.
Au niveau de l’élection des députés le CTV doit recevoir 13,120 procès verbaux (PV), et le CTV en a déjà reçu 12,619 soit 96.18%.
Au niveau des PV en traitement : 116 ont déjà été numérisés soit 0.92%, 1,775 sont déjà traités 1ère saisie soit 14.07%, 14 sont déjà traités 2ème saisie soit 0.11%. 918 sont en cours de vérification soit 7.27% ; un total de 2,823 PV sont en traitement soit 22,37%.
Au niveau des PV finalisés, 9,787 PV ont été finalisés soit 77.56%, 9 ont été mit à l’écart soit 0.07%, pour un total de 9,796 PV finalisés soit 77.63%.
Au niveau des élections municipale (maire) le CTV doit recevoir 13,725 procès verbaux (PV), et le CTV en a déjà reçu 13,062 soit 95.17%.
Au niveau des PV en traitement : 12,610 ont déjà été numérisés soit 96.54%, 354 sont déjà traités 1ère saisie soit 2.71%, 0 sont déjà traités 2ème saisie soit 0%. 75 sont en cours de vérification soit 0.57% ; un total de 13,039 PV sont en traitement soit 99.82%.
Au niveau des PV finalisés, 22 PV ont été finalisés soit 0.17%, 1 a été mit à l’écart soit 0.01%, pour un total de 23 PV finalisés soit 0.18%.
The CEP establishes a Complaints Commission
The Provisional Electoral Council informs the public in general, political parties, political groups and candidates in particular that, following the conduct of the election of October 25, 2015, it has taken note of grievances of various stakeholders regarding cases of electoral fraud and ballot stuffing. In order to ensure the fairness of the vote, it formed a special commission, composed of : Ricardo Augustin, Yolette Mingual, Pierre Manigat Jr., Mosler Georges and Jaccéus Joseph.
This special commission has, among others, the following tasks: receive documented complaints of fraud and ballot stuffing, to ensure consideration by the Votes Tabulation Center (CTV) of complaints that it has retained for be based, receive and archive the reports of corrections made by the CTV auditors, to inform complainants of the action taken on their complaints.
The Council inform interested parties in general and complainants in particular, they have a period of 48 hours, after the publication of this release, to convey to the Commission the information as well as related documentation.
Ballots burned ?
The presidential candidate Moïse Jean Charles says he discovered in Delmas 41, calcined ballot papers, checked in his favor, and also to the Vaillant street near National School Argentine Bellegarde, however, he did not provide details or evidence.

Prime Minister Paul appeals for calm
