Iran’s President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad has called for a new world order of justice-seeking nations, to replace the existing Western-dominated liberal status quo.
President Ahmadinejad made the remarks at the inauguration ceremony of the 2nd International Conference on Hollywoodism and Cinema in Tehran on Thursday.

The Iranian chief executive stated that the world’s dominant powers deliberately bully the smaller nations, who are not in conflict with one another, thereby creating artificial problems between them.

President Ahmadinejad also pointed out that this new world order needs to be all-inclusive, and not be dominated by any particular single nation.  He mentioned that negotiations with   Haitian Minister of Foreign Affairs are in the final stages for the historic March 9 presidential visit to Haiti. Venezuelan  President Chavez will send a security team to back the one  accompanying President Ahmadinejad.

This will be the coup des grace to America’s weakened Monroe Doctrine.

President Ahmadinejad will also visit other Caribbean leaders, including those of Venezuela, Nicaragua, Guatemala and Ecuador. These governments are working to create an organization that will replace the OAS and dilute the influence of the Unites States and Canada in this region.

The event kicked off in the Iranian capital, as part of the 2012 Fajr International Film Festival.

The Iranian government, through a website proxy, has laid out the legal and religious justification for the destruction of Israel and the slaughter of its people.

The doctrine includes wiping out Israeli assets and Jewish people worldwide.

Calling Israel a danger to Islam, the conservative website Alef, with ties to Iran’s supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said the opportunity must not be lost to remove “this corrupting material. It is a ‘jurisprudential justification” to kill all the Jews and annihilate Israel, and in that, the Islamic government of Iran must take the helm.”

The article, written by Alireza Forghani, a conservative analyst and a strategy specialist in Khamenei’s camp, now is being run on most state-owned conservative sites, including the Revolutionary Guards’ Fars News Agency, showing that the regime endorses this doctrine.

Because Israel is going to attack Iran’s nuclear facilities, Iran is justified in launching a pre-emptive, cataclysmic attack against the Jewish state, the doctrine argues.

On Friday, in a major speech at prayers, Khamenei announced that Iran will support any nation or group that attacks the “cancerous tumor” of Israel. Though his statement was seen by some in the West as fluff, there is substance behind it.

Iran’s Defense Ministry announced this weekend that it test-fired an advanced two-stage, solid-fuel ballistic missile and boasted about successfully putting a new satellite into orbit, reminding the West that its engineers have mastered the technology for intercontinental ballistic missiles even as the Islamic state pushes its nuclear weapons program.

The commander of the Revolutionary Guards, Brig. Gen. Seyyed Mehdi Farahi, stated in August that the Safir missile, which is capable of transporting a satellite into space, can easily be launched parallel to the earth’s orbit, which will transform it into an intercontinental ballistic missile. Western analysts didn’t believe this would happen until 2015. Historically, orbiting a satellite is the criterion for crediting a nation with ICBM capability.

Forghani details the Islamic duty of jihad as laid out in the Quran for the sake of Allah and states that “primary jihad,” according to some Shiite jurists, can only occur when the Hidden Imam, the Shiites’ 12th Imam Mahdi, returns. Shiites believe Mahdi’’s return will usher in Armageddon.

In the absence of the hidden Imam, Forghani says, “defensive jihad” could certainly take place when Islam is threatened, and Muslims must defend Islam and kill their enemies. To justify such action, Alef quotes the Shiites’ first imam, Ali, who stated “Waging war against the enemies with whom war is inevitable and there is a strong possibility that in near future they will attack Muslims is a must and the duty of Muslims.”

The article then quotes the Quran (Albaghara 2:191-193): “And slay them wherever ye find them, and drive them out of the places whence they drove you out, for persecution [of Muslims] is worse than slaughter [of non-believers] … and fight them until persecution is no more, and religion is for Allah.”

It is the duty for all Muslims to participate in this defensive jihad, Forghani says. A fatwa by the late Ayatollah Ruhollah Khomeini made it clear that any political domination by infidels over Muslims authorizes Muslims to defend Islam by all means. Iran now has the ICBM means to deliver destruction on Israel and soon will have nuclear warheads for those missiles.

In order to attack Iran, the article says, Israel needs the approval and assistance of America, and under the current passive climate in the United States, the opportunity must not be lost to wipe out Israel before it attacks Iran.

Under this pre-emptive defensive doctrine, several Ground Zero points of Israel must be destroyed and its people annihilated. Forghani cites the last census by the Israel Central Bureau of Statistics that shows Israel has a population of 7.5 million citizens of which a majority of 5.7 million are Jewish. Then it breaks down the districts with the highest concentration of Jewish people, indicating that three cities, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Haifa, contain over 60 percent of the Jewish population that Iran could target with its Shahab 3 ballistic missiles, killing all its inhabitants.

Forghani suggests that Iran’s Sejil missile, which is a two-stage rocket with a trajectory and speed that make it impossible to intercept, should target such Israeli facilities as: the Rafael nuclear plant, which is the main nuclear engineering center of Israel; the Eilun nuclear plant; another Israeli reactor in Nebrin; and the Dimona reactor in the nuclear research center in Neqeb, the most critical nuclear reactor in Israel because it produces 90 percent enriched uranium for Israel’s nuclear weapons.

Other targets, according to the article, include airports and air force bases such as the Sedot Mikha Air Base, which contains Jericho ballistic missiles and is located southwest of the Tel Nof Air Base, where aircraft equipped with nuclear weapons are based. Secondary targets include power plants, sewage treatment facilities, energy resources, and transportation and communication infrastructures.

Finally, Forghani says, Shahab 3 and Ghadr missiles can target urban settlements until the Israelis are wiped out.

Forghani claims that Israel could be destroyed in less than nine minutes and that Khamenei, as utmost authority, the Velayete Faghih (Islamic Jurist), also believes that Israel and America not only must be defeated but annihilated.

The radicals ruling Iran today not only posses over 1,000 ballistic missiles but are on the verge of ICBM delivery and have sufficient enriched uranium for six nuclear bombs even as they continue to highly enrich uranium despite four sets of U.N. sanctions.

The Iranian secret documentary “The Coming Is Upon Us” clearly indicates that these radicals believe the destruction of Israel will trigger the coming of the last Islamic Messiah and that even Jesus Christ, who will convert to Islam, will act as Mahdi’s deputy, praying to Allah as he stands behind the 12th Imam.

First of all, this passport was created from a child’s passport since adult passports are given for 10 year periods.

On American passports, country of origin would be HAITI, without the Port-au-Prince.

But Moise Jean-Charles has proved, once and for all, his formidable
stupidity, by submitting a forgery that spells Martelly’s name wrong.
In case Senator Jean-Charles has not noticed, Martelly’s name is
MICHEL not MICHAEL.

This forgery constitutes a Federal Offence within the American legal
system. If the US Government wished to spend the resources, it could
well discover the owner of the originating passport through the serial
numbers, and other recognizable markings.

The creator, or person who knowingly distributes is probably guilty
of several felony crimes and could face jail, loss of visa, loss of residence…etc.

42 Members of the Chamber of Deputies and Senate meet at Prime Minister Conille’s private residence. Martelly arrives, uninvited and unannounced. Accuses Conille of organizing some sort of plot. He attacked them verbally, calling the a bunch of Mother Fuckers…which was not diplomatic – but may have been true.

In the immediate past, Martelly has asked for Thierry Mayard-Paul, his Interior Minister, to step down as minister, and head of his cabinet committee. Mayard-Paul says he will divulge many secrets if he is forced out.

Mayard-Paul has stolen enough, and been such a pompous ass, that he should go quietly and not further embarrass himself.

Conille has not taken the advice of those who could help him and has become for too close to what would be known as internationalists, such as the lady who heads UNDP. Her contract is due to end and she is looking to ways she can renew her mandate. The fact that she has had a mental break, a couple of weeks ago, and is about to snap again, should rule her out for any part.

Conille has also failed to pay attention to his duties. Like so many before him, he has lost focus of the Nation’s needs and has found several mulatto mistresses.

When a guy thinks with his penis, the Nation suffers.

Time for a change!!

VISION 2000 REPORTS PAKISTANI  MINUSTAH TROOPS IN GONAIVES RAPE 2 HAITIAN BOYS!!! TIME FOR MINUSTAH TO GO OR HAITI TAKE JUSTICE INTO OWN HANDS!!!

Maitre Gervais Charles has met with representative of the Haitian Ministry of Foreign Affairs to discuss the case of Johny Jean who was raped by 5 members of the Uraguayan Navy, serving with MINUSTAH at Port Salut.

When the crime was committed  Johny Jean’s family reported the attack  to authorities. This resulted in a “full and exhaustive, complete investigations of the facts” which found that no crime existed.  Of course, this is normal UN procedure. The UN is never to blame. Remember the 103 Sri Lankans who were thrown out of Haiti for child molestation and child pornography. They were received in Sri Lanka as heroes.

Without a great deal of luck, this crime would have been forgotten, as the MINUSTAH members carried out new crimes against Haitian citizens, protected by Force Immunity which blocks local prosecution for any crime – INCLUDING MURDER!!!    The young people in Port Salut are in the habit of trading music videos with the Uruguayan sailors. On one occasion a young Haitian got more than he expected. He had downloaded a video of John Jean being beaten and raped by the Uruguayan sailors!! And, the boy being raped was his cousin.

Now, the video, supported by medical evidence provided by a visiting doctor, showed that a real crime had been committed.  The video was released on ABC TV and the fat was in the fire.

One phone call to the Uruguayans, by well-known trial attorney – Ed Marger, of Georgia, saw  Uruguayan  President Mujica dispatch his army Chief of Staff, General Borone, to Haiti for meetings. Congressman Bob Barr, Ed Marger and Mike Puglise flew into Haiti to meet with the general and Judge Advocate of the Uruguayan Navy.

Even as the meetings were in progress, Mujica apologized to  Johny Jean, and the people of Haiti, for the crime his sailors had committed. This was in the form of press releases and a letter to the Haitian government.  Mujica promised compensation… but then my reading of the English translation might be in error…when what finally happened, happened.

Actually, events simply proved that the Uruguayan President is a simple ex-terrorist who had gained political office while retaining his total disrespect of his Nation’s reputation or word.

Talks with the General, and his associate were warm and friendly. The Uruguayans were embarrassed by the crime.  When the meeting was finished, Bob Barr remained with the General for lunch and then accompanied him on the American Airlines flight to Miami, where they both took flights onward to different destinations. Their talks, over lunch, and on the flight, were warm, friendly and open.

Following everyone’s return to  the bases, communications were continued via e-mail and phone.

AFTER TWO WEEKS OF COMMUNICATION  THE PHONES AND E-MAIL ADDRESSES IN URUGUAY WERE DISCONNECTED AND ALL FURTHER CONTACTS  WERE CUT OFF. EFFORTS TO REVIVE COMMUNICATION WERE IMPOSSIBLE. OBVIOUSLY THE WORD OF URUGUAYAN PRESIDENT MUJICA WAS NOT WORTH ONE HAITIAN GOURDE.  URUGUAY’S NATIONAL WORD IS WORTH ZERO.

THIS SEEMS TO BE A PART OF A NATIONAL PLAN TO AVOID RESPONSIBILITY FOR A CRIME THAT HAS RUINED A HAITIAN FAMILY’S LIFE!!!

AND THE, THE URUGUAYAN COURTS RELEASED THE 5 RAPISTS BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT CONTACT JOHN JEAN FOR AN INTERVIEW.

THIS IS A LIE OR AN INDICATION OF NATIONAL INCOMPETENCE.

JOHNY JEAN, AND HIS FAMILY, HAD ALREADY OBTAINED PASSPORT TO MEET THE REQUEST FOR INTERVIEWS IN URUGUAY. THE LOCAL URUGUAYAN COLONEL HAD PHONE NUMBERS. GENERAL BORONE AND THE NAVAL JUDGE ADVOCATE HAD PHONE NUMBERS AND E-MAIL ADDRESSES. JOHNY JEAN IS EASILY FOUND. IT TOO AL JAZEERA 10 MINUTES, AND THREE PHONE CALLS TO REACH HIM!!

This entire fiasco is an insult to Haiti and the Haitian people.

Ed Marger, and Mike Puglise flew to Haiti for a press conference organized by Gervais Charles, Past President of the local Bar Association.  This conference, chaired by Gervais Charles, received massive local coverage as people finally realized what had happened.

As a result of this, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs requested a formal meeting with Maitre Gervais Charles. This meeting resulted in the Government of Haiti promising its support in the fight to gain fair treatment for Haitian Johny Jean.

What finally happens is open to speculation. However, it is time for the Government of Haiti to demand the Nation’s rights and the rights of Haitian citizens, when Haitian laws are broken by MINUSTAH representatives.

As things stand, the various UN groups are responsible for trying their people under their own national laws. If the final situations resulting from the Sri Lankan child molestation and pornography case, the John Jean rape, and another in which a Haitian teenager was found hanging in a MINUSTAH security are  examples of how crimes will be investigated, and pursued in Justice, we must have a change.

IMPUNITY MUST END.

TIME FOR MINUSTAH TO DEPART.

When Aristide departed, the American government stood aside as the French sent forces into Haiti. The United States then abandoned Haiti to the UN when all the Haitians wanted was 300 Marines.

Now  French Chancellor Alain Juppe has promised the Martelly government assistance in reviving the Forces Armees d’Haiti. The Americans want the army, but have been to weak-kneed to state their true desires, preferring to hide behind weak statements.

Now the French have stepped in a said they will coordinate the training, giving them a very strong, long-term foothold in Haiti as America abandons Haiti. No wonder this place is becoming Anti-American.

The Obama team could have gained the support of Haiti’s majority with the promise to revive the FAdH. Had they promised to cover the cost of back wages for the FAdH people, illegally dumped by Aristide, they would have won the hearts of the people.

Instead, the Americans listened to a few ill-informed human rights groups, that never get the facts straight.

Haiti needs the FAdH.

Rather than face this fact, the US Government promised Martelly millions, for the PNH – if he agreed to shelve his plans for the revived military.

Laurent Lamothe received a surprise request, during his visit to France.

Pressure is on the Martelly government.

The clock is ticking.

Alain Juppé,  France’s Minister of Foreign and European Affairs of France has pressed Haiti’s Foreign Affairs Minister Laurent Lamothe for the extradition to France of both Rene Preval and Jean-Bertrand Aristide for questioning in the Amral Duclona affair.

Special focus in on Duclona’s assassination of the French Consul, a crime Duclona claims was ordered by Rene Preval and others.

Gang-leader Amaral Duclona escaped to the Dominican Republic as MINUSTAH teams moved to arrest him. Jude Celestin arranged for a Haitian passport in a false name. Celestin stayed in the home of Preval’s sister the night before his escape. He lived in the Dominican Republic, supported by cash sent via Western Union, from the palace.

He was arrested by a special team of Dominicans and MINUSTAH. Interrogated in the Dominican Republic, Duclona implicated Jean-Bertrand Aristide, Rene Preval, Jude Celestin – and dozens of others – in a criminal, murder campaign against the opposition.

Whenever Duclona was arrested, he simply called the palace and Preval would have him released. When in danger he simply ran to Preval’s home, or that of Preval’s sister, for safety.

The French have waited for justice.

They now want Aristide, Preval and others. If this is not possible – they have already filed documents requesting the right to interrogate Aristide and Preval – under oath – in Haiti.

The American government is reviewing its files covering the involvement of Aristide, Preval, Celestin and others in the cocaine traffic.

I suppose the old saying…YOU CAN RUN BUT YOU CANNOT HIDE… might fit the Aristide/Preval/Celestin situation of today.  They have been effectively frozen in Haiti so they can be picked off at leisure.
