BALLOTS BEING LOADED ON LUFTHANSA BOEING 777 FREIGHTER IN DUBAI – 20 FLYING HOURS FROM HAITI = $200,000 USD FUEL COSTS EVEN IF AIRCRAFT AND CREW DONATED. July 5, 2015

This entire printing fiasco is an example of incompetence, corruption, or a combination of both between the CEP and PNUD, the United Nations dummies.

A Boeing 777 Freighter has a lease cost of $1,200,000 per month. (about $45,000 pr day just to sit there) To this one must add the operating costs which include hourly maintenance, lay-away for overhaul, insurance, crew, plus fuel costs, landing fees, etc.

The 777 burns roughly $9,660 per hour in fuel and you are about 20 flying hours away from Haiti.

Haiti – Dubai = 8,900 miles.

Tokyo, Japan is 1,000 miles closer.

We would really like to see a comparative cost between printing in Miami and the Dubai costs.

The result would be stunning!!!

One can undertand not wanting to print the ballots in Haiti, because of the possibility of fraud.

But printing them “on the moon” is not efficient in any way.

Opont, and company, have no shame!

  1. There must be ground here for an investigation by the justice department considering the US contributes to the PNUD
