Fire in the Historic center of Jeremie
According to reliable information ,it wasn’t an accidentally started fire. The fire seems to have been started by one of the Lavalas fragments in protest against Prime Minister Laurent Lamothe’s weekend visit to Jeremie for meetings with community elements.
This is an example of the non-constructive concepts held by Aristide and his supporters. Aristide was, and remains a destroyer of anything positive. His people thrive on chaos and the Nation cannot afford further chaos.

Aristide is finally being recognized for what he is, and always has been. A murdering, thieving, cocaine trafficking, anti-American, ex-priest. He is an unindicted co-conspirator in the assassination of Jean Dominque.
Aristide has no popularity and the Lavalas movement has become a fragmented mess of people fighting over scraps.
Aristide does not come out of his walled estate in Tabarre and speaks to no one in the house. He sits in a room reading books and ignoring the world. His wife is the only one who communicates with anyone.
Aristide is the best-forgotten past.
Haiti now has security and a great deal of development that never occurred during the Aristide/Preval era.
