Escroquerie / Corruption Emission de 2 Cheques sans provision de Me AndreMichel .
Dans les jours qui suivent, Valerio Canez SA va poursuivre en justice Me Andre Michel pour insuffisance de provision de deux cheques emis totalisant un montant de 4570 $ US ( 3340 $ us + 1230 $ US ) .
Pour refus de paiement de ces cheques retournes pour insuffisance de fonds et des frais depuis plusieurs semaines, Valerio Canez decide de poursuivre en Justice Me Andre Michel pour escroquerie .
Il est a noter qu’ un chèque sans provision est un chèque émis alors que l’émetteur ne dispose pas du montant qu’il indique sur son compte en banque.
Lors de l’émission d’un chèque, la provision doit etre disponible.
C’est un flagrant delit que commet Me Andre Michel dans ce cas.
Faire un chèque sans provision est un acte de vol avant tout, que Me Andre Michel le sache.
La fraude par chèque sans provision est grave et est punie par le code penal.
L’avocat activiste Me Andre Michel est inculpé pour émission de chèques sans provision .
C’est ce corrompu Me Andre Michel qui s’engage a accuser d’autres citoyens et citoyennes.

One might be understanding if he floated a check to cover his kid’s medical expenses, but checks for furniture!!!
Valerio Canez will not go under, because of Andre Michel’s complete and total lack of integrity, but imagine the result had he bought something from a guy who was right on the margin of success, or bankruptcy!
Andre Michel was involved in a murder, at an earlier date, and has managed to sidestep the courts on that one. He makes anyone who wants him to face Justice seem like some sort of attack on human rights.
Andre Michel is a master of manipulation, generating incidents from which he manages to generate some perverse public support.
The same sort of stunts would see him shot by the police, with no legal action against the police. One such stunt was in Martissant October, 2013. Michel managed to provoke the PNH too the point they arrested him.
Had he played the same game in Los Angeles he would have been shot full of holes.
His estate would have been billed for the bullets!
Andre Michel, Moise Jean Charles, and a few others must be neutralized, stopped from creating chaos where law-and-order should exist.
TIME FOR PRESIDENT JOVENEL MOISE TO PUT SOME STARCH IN OUR LEGAL SYSTEM!!
THE MINISTER WHO STOLE FUNDS NEEDED TO FEED PRISONERS SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH 20 MURDERS FOR THE GUYS WHO STARVED TO DEATH.
