THIS IS WHAT A DEPUTE GETS WHICH – EVEN WHEN CONVERTED TO US DOLLARS –  IS STILL A LOT OF CASH – AND IT DOESN’T INCLUDE BRIBES TO VOTE ON SUBJECTS.
