DUTCH NAVAL VESSEL TURNS BACK WHEN FACED WITH MOB ON DOCK – MINUSTAH – PRIVERT PROVIDE NO SECURITY

The Dutch Navy sent shipload of relief aid and food to Haiti after the Hurricane Matthew ripped through the countryside. Once they arrived at the docks, they were met by a calm, but large crowd of civilians. Privet provided no security, or police.
