July 7, 2015 Martelly brother-in-law meets Minister of Agriculture,  Fresner Dorcin at private residence of Claudia St. Remy-Champagne,  Kiko’s sister. Seems as though President Martelly told him to give Kiko something like $9,000,000 from ministry accounts.
